Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager with Fitness Equipment Sales experience. We're looking for a target driven, born networker who has a natural ability to enthuse prospects; someone who has a passion for consultative selling. Role responsibilities include: o Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. o Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them. o Train and Motivate the sales team. o Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and projecting future performance. o Continuously develop personal leadership and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives. o Generate leads. o Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. o Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach. o Grow long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs. o Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them. o Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly. o Manage month-end and year-end close processes. o Promoting the organization and products. o Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Key requirements for the Role include: o Proven record of minimum 2 years in Sales of Fitness Equipment in United Arab Emirates o Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams o Practical solution seller who takes a hands-on approach and is driven to achieve results o To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling solutions into enterprise accounts in the assigned territory. o Excellent communication and presentation skills o UAE experience is a must. o Holding a valid UAE driving license. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month Education:
