An award-winning Real Estate Firm in the industry for the past 13 years is seeking a Sales and Leasing Manager. Binayah Real Estate Brokers LLC has been experiencing tremendous success over the last 13 years and we are growing at a rapid rate. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Sales Manager responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales Manager duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends. Responsibilities as Sales and Leasing Manager will include the following: The candidate must have experience executing and managing road shows and other events.

  • Manage the Property Consultants.
  • Motivate the Property Consultants and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and objectives.
  • Set and review targets in line with the Managing Director and motivate them to achieve the targets set.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects in order to penetrate new markets.
  • Ensure that the office maintains an accurate record of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales team.
  • Prepare manuals and supervise the implementation of processes, procedures, and standards for the Property Consultants.
  • Training and development needs of staff and recommend training courses in order to improve performance.
  • Ensure accurate listing of all properties.
  • Ensure Prop space is updated regularly with client and property updates.
  • Ensure all contracts are drafted accurately - must review all tenancy and sales contracts and sign them off.
  • Recruitment of Sales and Leasing Consultants as and when necessary.
Key Requirements: Proven track of successful sales record 4 to 7 years experience in the UAE market (Dubai preferably) in the Real Estate business on a senior level Must have experience in handling more than 20 sales agents for a Real Estate Brokerage company Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Must possess excellent communication skills in English RERA certified with a valid UAE driver's license We believe our employees are our biggest assets and it's our vision to build the strongest possible team.
