About the Role:

We are seeking a

highly experienced Sales Manager

to lead our business development and sales strategy in the

digital signage and OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising

sector.
The ideal candidate is a

results-driven B2B sales leader

with a strong track record in the

UAE/GCC markets

, capable of driving revenue growth, managing strategic client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Candidates who can join immediately and hold a valid UAE driving license will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

Develop and implement long-term sales plans aligned with business goals Identify new growth opportunities and expand into premium advertising markets

Client Relationship Management

Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers Deliver solution-based OOH and digital signage proposals based on client needs

Business Development

Drive new business through strategic partnerships and networking Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and manage the sales team with defined KPIs and performance metrics Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Reporting & Analytics

Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets Use CRM tools to track sales performance, manage pipelines, and provide insights

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role Experience in digital signage, media, or OOH advertising (mandatory) Proven success in the

UAE/GCC region

Skills & Tools:

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills Understanding of programmatic OOH advertising is an advantage
