About the Role:

We are looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager

to join our team and support the sales department in driving growth within the

digital signage and OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising

sector.

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to implement sales strategies, track performance, manage client relationships, and ensure the team meets its objectives.

Candidates who can join immediately and hold a valid UAE driving license will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Strategy Execution

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with business goals Monitor sales performance and report on progress to the Sales Manager Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales tactics and performance

Client Relationship Management

Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts and nurturing client relationships Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals Help resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction

Sales Reporting & Analytics

Track and analyze sales data using CRM tools to monitor the sales pipeline and performance Prepare reports and assist in forecasting sales trends and projections Provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance

Team Coordination & Support

Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations Assist in the training and development of junior sales staff Help in setting team goals, KPIs, and tracking performance

Market Research & Business Development

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients Assist in identifying emerging trends in digital signage and OOH advertising Support the sales team in lead generation and prospecting efforts

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

4-8 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales within the

digital signage

OOH advertising

, or

media

industry Proven ability to support sales teams in achieving targets and managing client accounts

Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and trends Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Other Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
