Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team development, along with a robust network of brokers to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage high-performing teams. Established and active broker network with strong industry relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Real Estate. Multilingual capabilities are a plus. Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms.
