Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers.
Oversee property sales from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to support promotional campaigns.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
5+ years of sales experience
in the
GCC real estate sector
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus. Russian, Mandarin, or French are an advantage.).
UAE driving license is preferred.
