: As an In-House Sales Representative at SORP Real Estate Coworking, you will be the driving force in managing and converting inbound leads into successful coworking space memberships. Your role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique requirements, and demonstrating how our coworking environment aligns with their needs. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to our community\xe2\x80\x99s growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct tours, highlighting coworking space features.

- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Liaise with SDRs for lead transition.
- Close deals and contribute to sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in sales, including deal closing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Real estate and coworking space knowledge preferred.
- CRM proficiency.
