Sales Manager (automotive Products)
Job Description
We are urgently hiring Sales Manager (Automotive Products) - Car Care, Auto Accessories and Spare Parts. 1. Minimum 2 years sales experience in managerial role preferably in automotive products business. 2. Achieve budgeted sales targets for all brands/categories of automotive products 3. Achieve product distribution in all trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales & increase market share. 4. Ensure all credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to company. 5. Set/ review targets for salesmen to achieve overall target objective of the area. 6. Retain/ negotiate for existing/ new shelf space to maintain market dominance. 7. Ensure all staff members are equipped with the required skills & knowledge to optimize team productivity & performance. 8. Motivate and encourage his team to optimize individual potential & productivity. 9. Conduct effective & regular meetings to review performance and provide feedback. 10. Ensure excellent relationships with allocated customers is achieved and outlet coverage of designated area is of the optimum standard.
Skills: 11. Experience in handling sales operation supported by any computerized program/ ERP package. 12. Key account handling experience mandatory Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
