One of the leading paint companies is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE. - Identifying and acquiring new customers
- Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region
- Managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
- Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region
- Overseeing product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs
- Overseeing sales and special promotions
- Forecasting quarterly and annual profits
- Preparing and reviewing the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Reporting on regional sales results
- Planning and executing training among staff members and management
- Providing leadership on hiring and employee retention
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role
- Experience in sales of Paint products
- Prior knowledge of printer ink and consumables
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent customer service
