What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage agencies, agents, and UHNWIs.
  • Drive both direct and indirect sales, ensuring repeat business from premium clientele.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from pre-launch through deal closure, ensuring full compliance.
  • Oversee agency briefings, negotiations, and client interactions with professionalism.
  • Utilize SalesForce to manage leads, track activities, and produce performance reports.
Candidate Requirements
  • Over 5 years' sales experience with a leading Dubai developer.
  • Proven track record in selling mid-market to ultra-luxury properties.
  • Established network with Dubai brokerage agencies and UHNWIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and history of closing high-value deals.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Russian is an advantage.
