Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead B2B sales in the
cladding industry
. The right candidate will have a strong client network within the construction and industrial sectors, proven experience in achieving sales targets, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
Oversee timely payment collection and credit control.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
5-8 years of UAE experience in
roof cladding, cold stores, steel structures, or sandwich panels (Must)
.
Strong client network with in-depth industry knowledge.
Valid UAE driving license.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
