We're looking for an experienced and driven
Sales Manager to lead our B2B
sales in theCladding industry
. The ideal candidate has a strong network inconstruction/industrial
sectors and a solid track record in achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and hit monthly targets Build and maintain client relationships Lead and mentor the sales team Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations Attend client meetings and industry events Ensure payment collection and credit control
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering 5-8 years UAE experience in roof cladding, cold stores, steel structures, or sandwich panels Strong client base and industry knowledge Valid UAE driving license Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Experience:
UAE Cladding Sales : 5 years (Required) roof cladding, cold stores, steel structure, Sandwich panels: 4 years (Required) in managing the team: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
