We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager - Channel Partners to oversee and expand our broker-driven sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of brokers, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive sales through strategic relationship management and innovative sales initiatives..

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and expand a strong network of real estate brokers and partner agencies. Act as the primary representative of the developer when dealing with brokers and external partners. Coordinate with broker agencies to promote and sell the company's projects. Conduct daily meetings and maintain active engagement through calls, follow-ups, presentations, and site visits. Handle agents queries professionally and provide prompt, accurate information about projects. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase project visibility and sales performance. Bring innovative ideas and market insights to enhance broker engagement and sales conversions. Utilize personal contacts, resources, and market reach to maximize sales opportunities. Work closely with the internal sales support team to streamline documentation and closing processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales / Agency Manager in Dubai real estate Strong network and relationships within the UAE broker community. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong market knowledge of Dubai real estate trends and broker operations. Ability to work independently and proactively drive results. Valid UAE Driving License.
