Role Overview



The

Sales Manager - Business Setup Services

is responsible for leading and scaling Plus UAE's

Business Setup & PRO Services

revenue across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

This role requires a

hands-on sales leader

who can personally close high-value deals, manage a sales team, and ensure

consistent monthly revenue

from

company formation, PRO, visa, and compliance services

.

Core ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Ownership



Own

monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

for Business Setup Services. Personally handle and close

key Business Setup and PRO deals

. Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement.

Client Acquisition & Conversion



Consult clients on: UAE Business Setup (Mainland & Free Zones) Trade License issuance, renewals, and amendments PRO & Government Documentation Services Visa & Immigration Services Convert enquiries into confirmed business through meetings, calls, and follow-ups. Drive repeat business, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Operations & Discipline



Monitor lead flow, follow-ups, proposals, and closures through CRM. Ensure

zero lead leakage

and strong follow-up discipline. Review pipelines, forecasts, and team performance on a regular basis.

Internal Coordination



Coordinate with

Client Admin, Operations, Typing, PRO, and Accounts

teams for smooth execution and collections. Ensure proposals, work orders, and invoices are issued without delay. Support timely payment follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.

Required Experience & Qualifications



Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in

UAE Business Setup / PRO / Service-sector sales

. Proven track record of

closing Business Setup and PRO deals

in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai. Strong knowledge of: Mainland & Free Zone company formation UAE licensing and visa processes Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (Arabic is an advantage). Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and target orientation.

Preferred Profile



Candidates currently working in

Business Setup or PRO service companies

. Professionals with strong local market exposure and client networks. Ability to work directly with senior management and drive accountability.

Performance Expectations



Consistent monthly revenue achievement. High conversion rates from enquiry to closure. Strong team productivity and discipline. Client satisfaction and repeat business.
