Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Setup Advisors to meet or exceed targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve service offerings.
Set and monitor KPIs for the business setup team.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Client & Advisory Services
Handle high-value or VIP clients personally, offering tailored advice on business structures and licensing options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
Oversee the end-to-end client journey -- from consultation to license issuance, visa processing, and bank account facilitation.
Ensure top-tier customer experience and high client satisfaction levels.
Government Relations & Compliance
Maintain strong relationships with UAE government departments (e.g., DED, GDRFA, MOHRE, Free Zones, Chamber of Commerce).
Ensure all business setup procedures comply with current laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with policy changes and communicate updates to the team and clients.
Operations & Coordination
Collaborate with internal departments: PROs, legal, finance, and admin to streamline workflows.
Approve proposals, pricing models, and documentation before submission.
Monitor and report on departmental performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Support in developing new products and value-added services.
Contribute to marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives that promote company formation services.
Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for market expansion.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UAE company formation/business advisory, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Expert knowledge of UAE company setup procedures (Mainland, Free Zones, Offshore).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
