Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and support staff.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including contractors, developers, and retailers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to close deals profitably.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans for senior management.
Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
