Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager
to lead and grow our sales operations in Bahrain.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers Identify new business opportunities and market trends Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis Coordinate with operations and management to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bahraini National (mandatory) Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Knowledge of the local market is a strong advantage
