Job Description

Company A leading company that provides Management of motor sports; organizes fairs and exhibitions; provides public relations services such as planning of wedding, event management and concerts. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager to be based in Bahrain. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide functional direction and personal involvement as required to support the planning and penetration with potential clients Develop and implement programs and plans for the accomplishment of company sales objectives Maintaining files and records of all new and existing resellers Ensuring orders are transacted and invoices sent out once sales have been brought in from resellers Following up on payments and other transactions Ensuring clear communication with each official contact with each reseller Responding to and following up on all corporate sales enquiries Accountable for the Resellers revenue stream Identifying new resellers in Bahrain and abroad Identifying and attending exhibitions & conferences by presenting opportunities to engage potential resellers Maintaining constant contact with existing resellers Evaluating current resellers performance Ensuring that essential marketing material is supplied to resellers Educating the reselling agent with complete awareness as to details of client's products Updating resellers with client's calendar, event and product information Monitoring the sales of the resellers and that the orders placed are adjusted to the reselling discount Preparing reports by suggesting areas of improvement pertaining to the resellers program Ensuring that resellers information on the website is up-to-date and accurate Responsible for sales through the intermediary market, the MICE market and Business to Business sales Promote company as a location for various events by registering client with different event managements and venue databases Assisting the product development team in development of (Open Track, Open Tour, ADA, Corporate Driving Days, Land Rover Experience etc.) events and sell all such events through the network Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication (English) and interpersonal skills, Arabic language is an advantage Ideal candidate is PC literate with advanced skills on MS Office programs (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and able to utilize these applications Excellent presentation skills Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule Drive to seek out commercial focus Attention to detail & influencing skills Is able to maintain stable performance under pressure Organized with excellent ability to prioritize Proven track record in sales Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
