Our client is one of the world's leading automation companies having established representations and customers across the MENA region, East Europe,Central and South Asia. They are currently recruiting a native Arabic speaking Sales Manager to report to the Sales Director, Middle East

Objective

The Sales Manager will be responsible to sell and promote products/services in the designated territory and prepare sales strategies along with core marketing of their systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Predict and meet order intake targets.

• Prepare sales strategies with sales leadership.

• Implement local marketing plans developed by marketing leadership.

• Acquire new customers, generate and develop new business.

• Manage and develop the business relationship with agents or representatives in the country.

• Provide weekly reports of sales activities, both planned and executed.

• Update and maintain the company CRM database on a weekly basis specific to customers in country.

Individual Tasks

• Introduce prospects and explain product and service portfolio.

• Conduct sales and marketing presentations of products and services.

• Travel extensively for product promotion.

• Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments. Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory.

• Develop and execute plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Effectively communicate differentiated value proposition. Make use of all available marketing tools.

• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the local forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

• Find new customers and sales opportunities to grow business and market share.

Qualification Requirements

• Degree in engineer-related discipline (Instrumentation, Electronic, Control Systems).

• 5-8 Years' experience in a similar role in the UAE.

• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

Requirements
Native Arabic speaker having 5-8 years of Sales experience in safety automation
