INTECH Process Automation is looking for a highly organized and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on knowledge of organizational objectives, market characteristics and cost and markup factors.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Forecast and track customer account metrics.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
Collaborate with engineers and other departments to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
Responsible for achieving the assigned targets for New Sales booking, number and quality of leads and opportunities created on Quarterly, Biannually and Annual basis.
Identification of relevant Decision-Making Units (DMUs) in assigned accounts and make technical and sales presentations to DMU\xe2\x80\x99s and weekly log in CRM.
Develop leads and Qualify sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding.
Manage key End User technical relationships and successfully build relationships with the account team, partners, and customers.
Provide technical leadership and direction to customers and internal team in the development of fully integrated technology solutions in support of pre-sales activities in the assigned market.
Site visits to extract information for proposal and design teams.
Develop competition map for each product and territory.
Review and approve techno-commercial offers and technical submittals.
Coordinate with various intercompany departments such as engineering, services, logistics, accounts /finance etc. to achieve desired customer satisfaction levels.
Get products and schemes specified through MEP Consultants / Clients
Give technical presentations (general, product and application specific) to clients, contractors, and
consultants.
Represent the company in focused business meetings and trade shows; organize and manage trade show booth.
Vendor selection & development by analyzing the market trends & introducing new products/services to increase revenue and profits.
Required Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Computer Engineering.
Required Total Experience: At least 10+ years of Direct Sales experience (solution selling)
Preferred: Sales experience for Abu Dhabi and KOC
Required Technical Skills:
Proven track record of firsthand and individual sales (with USD sales numbers and client names)
Have minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in Abu Dhabi
Full knowledge ICV Lawa and implication
Knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA systems will be preferred OR Skid Solution/ Electrical solution.
Note: This position would include travelling to Kuwait. Base Location is Abu Dhabi
