Speedex Auto Workshop is a well-established auto workshop committed to delivering top-tier vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our customer acquisition and service sales efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive workshop revenue by promoting repair, maintenance, and service packages.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Prepare and present quotes for vehicle services.
Collaborate with workshop technicians to ensure clear communication between sales and operations.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Train and manage a small team of front-desk or service advisors.
Implement marketing initiatives to increase footfall and customer retention.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of vehicle service processes.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license.
