We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with proven experience in steel or metal trading who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our client base.
Manage and grow key accounts in the steel/metal sector.
Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the steel/metal trading industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of steel products (HR, CR, GI, Wire Rods, Plates, etc.).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualities:
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong decision-making ability.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in international B2B sales is a strong advantage.
