We are looking for candidates who are in Dubai now and have a deep understanding of the market and mentality. Main job description: to meet guests in the showroom, to negotiate by phone, to present the product, to work with catalogs and price lists. Complete projects with furniture, lighting and decor from the factories that we represent. Order processing, cost calculation, preparation of a commercial offer, conclusion of a contract and full project support. We need a strong professional, who will bring the culture of Dubai to our company and who will know how to communicate with Dubai client. Requested skills: -You are well versed in the Dubai market and know its specifics. -You have experience in finding new clients. -You have experience in negotiating and closing deals. -Having your own base of potential customers will be an advantage. -Negotiating online, negotiating by phone, sometimes - visiting objects of potential customers. -Experience in completing design projects. -Mandatory knowledge of Italian and European furniture, lighting and decor factories. -Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners of the company. -Proper presentation, identification of customer needs, work with objections. Functions of this role: -Consulting clients on the range and services of the showroom. -Negotiations with clients: clarification of the need, assistance in the selection of lighting, furniture, decor for the interior design of the client from the availability and under the order. -Order processing, cost calculation, preparation of a commercial offer, conclusion of a contract and full project support. -Completing a design project in the visualizer, coordinating the style and configuration with the client. -Setting tasks for a design project to a design engineer. -Working with regular clients, building long-term relationships with architects and designers. -Achievement and over-fulfillment of a personal plan.
