Position: Sales Manager Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with overall company objectives. Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback Implement incentive programs to motivate and reward high performers. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Conduct training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team. Monitor expenses and ensure the efficient use of resources to achieve cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven track record in sales management, with at least 2 years of experience in the technical or cleaning industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
