V B S Business Services LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in the agricultural commodities sector. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, trading, and supply chain management within the fresh produce and dried goods market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
Manage relationships with traders, distributors, and supermarket chains.
Identify new business opportunities in the fresh fruits, dried fruits, and nuts segments.
Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the commodity or agricultural sector.
Strong network in the retail and trading space (especially with supermarket chains and wholesale traders).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and own a car.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Compensation:
Salary: AED 5,000-7,000 per month
Performance Bonus based on sales targets
