Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Development Specialist. The Real Estate Development Manager will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, developing and driving sales. Daily tasks include property showings, market analysis, client and broker consultations, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in managing Real Estate transactions

Strong Customer Service skills

Experience in Real Estate Development

Effective Sales skills in the Real Estate market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus

Independently source broker and direct client network

Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs

Effectively consult with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the project in the line with their requirements

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation

Required Languages Russian/Chinese/Persian/German speakers

Minimum 2 years' Experience in Real Estate Development
