Cosmique Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinic in Jumeirah is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead patient conversion, consultation sales, package selling, and front-office revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics and understands how to convert leads into paying patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for treatments and packages Convert walk-in, WhatsApp, Instagram, and referral leads into bookings Conduct patient consultations (non-medical) and explain treatments, packages, pricing Follow up with unconverted leads and ensure high conversion rates Train and support receptionists/telecallers on sales scripts and conversion techniques Work closely with doctors to align treatment plans with patient expectations Monitor CRM, track lead stages, and ensure proper data entry Handle objections professionally and build strong patient relationships Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management Ensure a premium patient experience at every step
Requirements:

Mandatory: Experience as a Sales Manager / Patient Coordinator in an aesthetics, dermatology, laser, or cosmetic clinic Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and packages Excellent communication and persuasion skills Confident, presentable, and customer-focused Ability to manage targets, lead follow-ups, and upsell services CRM knowledge and strong follow-up discipline Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
