driving sales from existing clients while aggressively developing new client acquisition
, maximizing treatment packages, memberships, and high-value services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive clinic revenue through existing and new clients
by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Develop and execute
sales strategies
for aesthetic treatments, packages, memberships, and promotions
Actively convert
walk-ins, leads, and inquiries
into confirmed treatments and packages
Build strong relationships with
existing clients
to increase retention, repeat visits, and upselling
Identify and generate
new business opportunities
through referrals, partnerships, and campaigns
Lead, motivate, and monitor the
front desk / sales team
to ensure strong conversion ratios
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and submit reports to management
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and marketing teams to align sales efforts
Handle VIP clients and resolve client concerns professionally
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and service standards
