You will be responsible for leading your team to success; driving revenue, engagement, new customer acquisition, and supporting them in achieving their targets.
You'll Be Responsible For
Leading a sales team to achieve their weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
Owning the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
Coaching team members on prospecting, objection handling, demos, storytelling, and closing
Running daily huddles, weekly performance reviews, and ensuring strong activity discipline
Monitoring and reporting on the team's progress towards targets and KPIs
Demonstrating best-in-class sales practice
Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
Ensuring CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting
Preferably Arabic speaker required.
Aesthetic clinic experience must.
