We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven
Sales Manager - Acoustic Projects
to lead business development and sales activities for our specialized acoustic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inproject sales within construction and interior fit-out
, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and established relationships with key stakeholders in the UAE/GCC market.Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for
acoustic panels, partitions, ceilings, and related solutions
. Build and maintain strong relationships withconsultants, contractors, interior designers, and project stakeholders
. Prepare and delivertechnical presentations, proposals, and quotations
. Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceedmonthly and annual sales targets
. Collaborate withdesign, estimation, and project teams
to ensure seamless project execution. Monitormarket trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
in acoustic solutions.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Engineering, or a related field
. Minimum5+ years of sales experience
in construction, interiors, or acoustic solutions (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Strong network ofconsultants, contractors, and interior designers
. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills
. ValidUAE Driving License
(mandatory). Target-driven, with a strongbusiness development mindset
and proven record of achieving revenue growth.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
