The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project sales, strong client relationships within the construction and interior fit-out sector, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for acoustic panels, partitions, ceilings, and other acoustic solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, interior designers, and project stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in acoustic solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years' experience
in sales within construction, interiors, or acoustic solutions (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong network of consultants, contractors, and designers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Target-oriented with strong business development mindset.
