Our client, a well-established manufacturer of household cleaning products is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for helping their company increase sales. Incumbent will be responsible for building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue and achieve targets.
Responsibilities.
Grow sales of household and other subsidiary cleaning products within the UAE region. Thorough knowledge of Dubai and northern emirates will be an added advantage
Continual liaison with purchase/procurement team and finalizing the deals with hyper retail giants namely Carrefour, Lulu, etc.
Provide account management to existing accounts while identifying client needs for additional products
Utilize analytical research tools and resources to more effectively target your prospects
Employ product knowledge and ROI to educate and sell
Demonstrate mastery of sales skills by generating interest and cultivating business relationships
Present samples, flyers, or catalogs and emphasize marketable features of products
Quote prices, convey credit terms, and prepare sales contracts
Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail distributors/hypermarkets, accounts and Purchasing contacts
Coordinate with admin team to investigate and resolve customer issues; follow-up on deliveries and back-ordered items
Work with accounts team to ensure that customers pay invoices within agreed upon terms
Submit sales reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a manufacturing industry.
Valid UAE driver\'s license
Bachelor\'s degree/master\'s degree
Willing to relocate Abu Dhabi
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Bilingual with excellent English communication skills.
