Job Description

Our client is one of the fastest growing Fintech start-ups providing invoice discounting services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are looking to hire a Sales Manager for their newly established office in Abu Dhabi as they are currently expanding in both the UAE and Egypt.

In addition to supply chain finance, our client will soon start offering B2B Buy Now Pay Later which would be the first of its kind offering in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Drive daily and weekly input (activity) and output (sales) metrics
  • Conduct detailed weekly pipeline reviews
  • Spend at least 50% of the time active in the field coaching, taking meetings, doing demos etc.
  • Spot check and QA that all sales processes are being adhered to
  • Identify local events and marketing opportunities to connect with our core potential customers
  • Encourage and offer transparency and constant feedback within your team; embrace new ideas and problem-solving while driving adoption of fundamental processes
  • Be a respected and trusted leader throughout the organization
  • Work closely with other sales leaders to develop effective coaching strategies and ensure consistent communication and alignment across various teams and departments
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy as it relates to the department and the company as a whole
  • Identify opportunities for improvement including tools, processes, employee development and product
  • Establish consistent tracking and reporting of key performance metrics and interpret these metrics into suggestions and recommendations for individual, team and company performance
  • Align "big picture" company initiatives with department goals
  • Develop and maintain clear expectations and drive accountability for your team members
  • Take on projects as needed outside the scope of day-to-day responsibilities
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate sales
  • Background in Tech-selling, Fintech & Finance
  • Strong network of corporate clients
  • Rapid expansion of client base
  • English and Arabic are a must
