- Generate QA\xe2\x80\x99s(Qualified applicants) as per the laid down targets from the walk-ins, seminars, daily calling , daily meetings & marketing activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve the monthly and Quarterly revenue targets as specified ( time to time changes).
- Convince each QA\xe2\x80\x99s to retain our services after a Product specific conversation.
- Contact E- Marketing QA\xe2\x80\x99s as distributed by BM and coordinate with the branch seminar once in a month.
- Maintain QA status cards in accordance with the \xe2\x80\x9cP\xe2\x80\x9d management.
- Promote Advantage Worldwide to Clients. ( means get new references).
- Makes timely collections due of the new retainers and also for instalments.
- Maintain records of payments due at the stage of retainer, file no., interview, medical and all communication with the clients.
- To make coordination with the collection department to keep all records well in the system
- Ensure to release of immigration package to the client as soon as the confirmation of retainer ship fee receipt has been received.
- Submission of the completed documents to the ABM for forwarding to Operations Division, Head Office.
- Updating HO on changes in client\xe2\x80\x99s status.
- Collecting documents from the clients as demanded or required by the High Commission.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients through newsletters, mailers etc. that are forwarded from the HO.
- Submit Daily/Weekly reports to the ABM/BM on:
- Customer care activities carried out/clients contacted/information passed on to clients
- Submit report regarding client\xe2\x80\x99s feedback/complaints to Branch Manager/ ABM
