Location: Dubai : As a Sales and Management Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and development programs to our sales and management teams. Your role will involve: Conducting training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and management skills. Developing training materials and resources. Evaluating the performance of trainees and providing feedback. Tailoring training programs to address specific needs and challenges. Collaborating with the management team to enhance sales and management skills. Must be available in Dubai for in person interview. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Minimum Graduate and Masters preferred. 1-2 years of experience in sales and management training. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the telecom industry is a plus. Proven ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their goals.
