Job Title: Sales Man / Executive for Advertising and Marketing Co. llc (Full-Time)

Our Ads Agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving new business and promoting a wide range of media services, including digital marketing, video production, social media management, 3D signboards advertising, event video coverage, printable, printing services and their cost

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients within the media and marketing sectors, generating leads and touch all kind of companies. Promote and sell our Agency's comprehensive range of media services, including:

Website design & development, Digital Marketing, SEO's, Photography & Video shooting, social media marketing, signages (signboards), 3D modelling/videos, Graphic Designing, digital printing (stickers), brandings, Event video coverage, Printable (flyers, posters, brochures, stationary, etc.)

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized media solutions. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring that pricing and terms align with both client needs and company goals. Collaborate with the creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Track and report on campaign performance, offering recommendations for optimization and improvement. Attend industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to better position Agency's offerings. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Bring some of your existing clients with you.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good experience in media (digital and print) sales, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media production. Strong knowledge of media solutions such as signages advertising, event video coverage, printable, digital marketing, video production, and social media strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and follow-up. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for media and creative solutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in English

Driving license is must for market visit.

Working Hours & Days:

Full-time position, 5 days a week
