- Request and compare quotes for materials, services, and production.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and timelines with suppliers to ensure on-time and cost-effective production.
- Quality control and inspection of received materials and printed materials.
- Manage studio bookings and schedules for production activities.
- Maintain and update the studio calendar, keeping it current and accurate.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to schedule studio time and resources.
-Can do supplier negotiations for printing Materials
