Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address concerns promptly.
Support in resolving tenant issues, complaints, and service requests.
Communicate lease policies, building regulations, and updates.
3. Market Research & Sales
Conduct market analysis to understand pricing, competition, and trends.
Recommend rental/lease pricing strategies to management.
Promote listings through online platforms, brokers, and marketing channels.
Work towards achieving occupancy targets and revenue goals.
4. Property Management Support
Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams for repairs and inspections.
Ensure properties are presentable, clean, and ready for viewing.
Monitor property conditions and report any required improvements.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain updated records of leases, tenant information, and availability.
Prepare weekly/monthly occupancy, leasing, and revenue reports.
Track contract expiries and follow up for renewals.
Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and legal standards.
6. Financial Responsibilities
Support in preparing leasing budgets and forecasts.
Assist with rent collection follow-ups and payment reconciliation.
Coordinate with finance for invoicing, deposits, and refunds.
7. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with legal teams for contract issues or disputes.
Work closely with marketing on promotional campaigns and property branding.
Collaborate with property owners, developers, and brokers.
