Sales and Leasing Executive
to manage residential and commercial transactions while building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Handle property sales and leasing inquiries Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals Prepare necessary documentation Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai property laws Maintain regular contact with landlords, tenants, and buyers to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing team to develop property listings and promotional material Provide accurate market analysis and pricing advice. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Min 2-3 years' experience in sales and/or leasing within the UAE real estate market Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws and RERA guidelines Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proficient in CRM systems, property portals, and MS Office RERA Certification preferred Valid UAE driving license
