Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administration:
Act as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
Sales & Leasing Support:
Prepare and manage sales offers, booking forms, tenancy contracts, Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) & Unit Management Agreements (UMA)
Coordinate and assist with property viewings and showings
Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring smooth client communication
Coordinate with brokers and external agents for potential deals
Handle agency listings and agreements with accuracy
Office Management:
Serve as an all-around office secretary, handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business
Requirements:
Female candidate
Previous experience in
real estate sales/leasing coordination
is an advantage
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS Office and general office systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
