Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage leasing activities including client follow-ups, property availability, and documentation.
Serve as a liaison between clients, landlords, and internal teams.
Schedule property viewings and assist leasing agents with logistics and preparation.
Maintain and update property listings across platforms.
Ensure all client documentation is properly collected and filed in accordance with company policies.
Track lease renewals, expirations, and pending deals to support the leasing team.
Assist in the preparation and review of leasing agreements and related paperwork.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience in real estate leasing coordination
or a similar admin support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Comfortable handling a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic real estate workflows is an advantage.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
