Affordable Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and driven

Sales & Leasing Consultant

to join our Real Estate Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and leasing transactions, sourcing new business, and providing exceptional service to clients in the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, list, and manage properties for sale and lease within Dubai. Handle inquiries from clients and provide professional guidance on property options. Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers, tenants, and investors. Negotiate rental and sales agreements between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors. Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations. Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets as set by management. Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales & Leasing Consultant in Dubai real estate. Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, RERA laws, and leasing regulations. Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred). RERA Certification (advantageous). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales/leasing. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages an advantage).
