Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in sales and leasing transactions, offering tailored solutions to meet their property needs. Conduct property tours and detailed consultations to showcase available listings. Negotiate lease and sales agreements, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws. Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-ups. Stay informed on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends, pricing, and regulatory updates. Collaborate with developers and brokers to access exclusive properties for clients. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads. Handle all documentation, contracts, and agreements efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in sales or leasing, ideally in Abu Dhabi's real estate market. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and leasing regulations. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
