Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with property sales and leasing transactions, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Conduct property showings and consultations to showcase options tailored to client requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service and support. Develop in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including trends, pricing, and available properties. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and the internal team to access exclusive listings and close deals successfully. Prepare and manage lease agreements, contracts, and sales documentation, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance with UAE property laws. Leverage innovative marketing techniques to promote properties and generate leads for sales and leasing opportunities. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in sales or leasing, preferably within Abu Dhabi's real estate market. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Comprehensive understanding of UAE property laws and regulations. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
