Job Description
We are seeking to hire a
Leasing and Property Management Officer
on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in leasing and property management within theUnited Arab Emirates
. ValidUAE driving license
. Fluency inArabic and English
, both written and spoken. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and customer service
skills. Ability to manageproperty files
and follow up on contracts and related documentation. Good knowledge of theUAE real estate market
.Job Responsibilities:
Marketing and leasing of real estate units. Follow-up on lease contracts, renewals, and collections. Coordination with tenants and property owners. Preparation of periodic reports and submission to management. Follow-up on maintenance, handover, and take-over procedures.
