Property Management division

is looking for a Sales & Leasing Agent ready to grow into their craft, backed by systems that support them, and a brand that stands out without shouting.

This is not a restricted leasing role. It's a full-spectrum sales and leasing position across

primary, secondary, off-plan and rental markets

, with the flexibility to move fluidly across categories, residential or commercial, luxury apartments or long-term portfolios. What matters is your ability to deliver results with consistency and care.

What You'll Do

Represent exclusive leasing and sales mandates across Dubai's most sought-after areas Cultivate strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers Proactively source, list, and close deals across both leasing and sales Maintain and grow our managed portfolio by identifying new opportunities Operate independently, but never unsupported

What You Bring

Experience in Dubai real estate (sales, leasing, or both) Client-centric mindset, with clear communication and follow-through RERA certified An understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape The discipline to work autonomously, the curiosity to grow

What We Offer

Commission:

50% commission structure (55% if experienced) Quarterly target: Min. AED 50,000 in gross commission
