Do you want to work with diverse companies from different industries and verticals in the SMB market and lead a team of SMB Sales Representatives? As a Sales Manager for the SMB segment you will have an exciting opportunity to be a critical part of leadership team focused on accelerating adoption of Amazon Web Services and lead a team of SMB sellers driving AWS adoption across existing and prospective customers. Through partnering with Marketing, Partner, Solution Architect, Business Development, Training&Certification and other teams you will build GTM and acquisition strategies and drive AWS adoption at scale. You will have full ownership over building and advancing opportunity pipeline, driving revenue and market share while meeting/exceeding revenue targets and developing executive relationships.



Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Build upon and develop our existing highly skilled Sales Team and Sale Leaders
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM Strategy
  • Drive revenue and market share while meeting/exceeding revenue target
  • Develop and execute goals to drive long term strategy with SMBs
  • Partner with cross functional teams across Solution Architecture, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, and Training and build and execute customer acquisition programs and strategies
  • Define and drive operational processes and excellence with sales teams

• Experience leading multinational teams in a Leader of leaders capacity • Demonstrable record of people development and performance management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strategic problem solving and collaboration skills Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
