We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Supervisor
to lead our growing sales team. The role requires strong leadership, proven sales closing ability, and a strategic mindset for achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales Team
to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Monitor daily sales activities
and ensure performance consistency.
Handle
Lead Management
efficiently -- from qualification to closure.
Coordinate closely with the Marketing Team
for campaigns, events, and promotions.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
to review performance and plan actions.
Develop and implement marketing and sales plans
aligned with company objectives.
Create structured sales funnels and conversion plans
to enhance lead-to-client ratios.
Retain existing clients
through consistent follow-up, service quality, and relationship building.
Attend inbound and outbound events
to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and team performance reviews for management.
Requirements
Minimum
8-10years
of experience in
Sales Supervision / Business Development
, preferably in business setup, PRO, or B2B services.
Proven success in
sales closing, client retention, and achieving targets
.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to
build sales funnels, strategies, and marketing coordination plans
.
Excellent knowledge of CRM tools and lead-management systems.
UAE Driving License preferred.
