Analyzing sales performance.
Negotiating contracts and close deals.
Set individual and team sales targets, ensuring they align with company objective.
Monitor the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Arrange sales visit and regularly reach out to potential clients/ customers.
Resolving customer complaints and concern.
Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft office suite.
