Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Immigration Consultant & Case Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines client acquisition with end-to-end case management--ideal for professionals who are both results-driven in sales and detail-oriented in handling immigration processes.

The ideal candidate will consult with clients, close deals, and then manage each case through documentation, processing, and final submission, ensuring a smooth and successful journey for each client. Leadership or mentorship experience is an added advantage, with opportunities for growth into senior or team lead roles.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients seeking immigration, student, or visit visa services. Conduct detailed consultations to assess eligibility and recommend appropriate immigration pathways. Explain visa processes, timelines, and documentation clearly to clients. Convert leads into clients through effective follow-ups and consultations. Manage each client's file from onboarding to document submission. Liaise with internal processing teams and external authorities for ensure timely and accurate application handling. Maintain updated knowledge of immigration laws, program requirements, and country-specific policies. Support junior staff by sharing knowledge, helping with escalated cases, or guiding sales approaches. Keep organized records of client interactions, agreements, and case progress using CRM tools.

Requirements

? Minimum

1 year of sales experience

(preferably immigration or service-based industry)
? Strong understanding of

immigration programs

(Canada, UK, EU, NZ, etc.)
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
? Experience in case management or visa processing is a plus
? Leadership/mentorship experience is an advantage
?

Languages preferred:

Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Malayalam, English
? Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
